This session may be of interest to anyone dealing with foreignnationals. Exporting is more than just shipping goods overseas. ByU.S. law, the transfer of technical data to a foreign national is alsoconsidered an export, even if it occurs completely in the UnitedStates. This session will focus on legal limitations and exemptions onexporting data to foreign nationals, traveling abroad with equipment ordata, U.S. sanctions and embargoes, as well as other issues involvingforeign interaction.
