Charles Clotfelter of Public Policy Studies has received an award from the Smith Richardson Foundation for a project entitled "Beyond Test Scores: Schooling and Life-Course Outcomes in Early Adulthood." Total funding will be $692,514 over 24 months.
Stephen L. Craig of Chemistry has received an award from North Carolina State University for a project entitled "CDI-Type II Computational Discovery of Complex Nucleic-acid-based Architectures for Nanoengineering." Total funding will be $777,875 over 48 months.
Bruce Kuniholm of Public Policy Studies has received an award from the Herman Goldman Foundation for a project entitled "Supporting the Planned Electrical Upgrade of Terry Sanford Institute of Public Policy Building." Total funding will be $10,000 over 3 months.
Helen F. Ladd of Public Policy Studies has received an award from the Smith Richardson Foundation for a project entitled "Schooling in the Netherlands: What the United States Can Learn about School Choice, School Finance, and Educating Immigrants." Total funding will be $50,000 over 12 months.
Weitao Yang of Chemistry has received an award from the National Institutes of Health for a project entitled "Computer Simulations of Enzymes." Total funding will be $299,320 over 48 months.
